For over a year we studied the industry focusing on every single component that goes into a Power Bike. While crafting our models we made a point to NEVER go with a cheaper option or an option that may put the longevity of our bikes at risk.

Q: How long does it take to fully charge a battery?
A: If a battery is completely discharged it will take 5-6 hours to fully charge your battery.
Keep in mind. The first time you charge your battery you should charge it for 12 hours.
Q: How fast can my bike go?
A: The top speed of our bikes is 25mph when you are in PAS 5 or full throttle. The bikes will not be limited to this speed if going down a hill the bikes can exceed this limit.
Q: How long will the battery last me on one charge?
A: The bikes batteries will last you up to 45 miles. This answer is dependent on how you are riding. For instance, if you are riding with only throttle up hills you may only get 25 miles on a charge.
Q: Is there a warranty for my bike?
Yes, every bike comes with a 1 year warranty on non-wearable parts.
Q: How many assist modes are there?
Our bikes come with 6 PAS levels. 0-5. Zero is a throttle only level. While PAS 1 is the least assist and PAS 5 is the most assist.
