The Drivers Information Screen
The Drivers Information Screen is a combination of analog and digital. The RPM and Speedomter Gauges of located far left and far right with about a 6” digital Drivers Information Screen in the Center. The Digital Screen has 6 main menus which are controlled using the arrow and OK buttons on the left side of the steering wheel. On the Home Screen menu, you have multiple screens that you can scroll through with the up/down arrows. The Economy menu has a few pages of info you can switch between. The Information menu just shows you any messages from the vehicle such as time to change oil, low windshield wiper fluid etc. Then there’s the Media Menu which of course takes youth all the Media. The next men is Vehicle Safety items, and it allows you a quick and easy way to enable or disable some of the basic safety systems. The last meu is the Settings menu, and this is where you can configure or change what you see on the screen. You can change from K=mph to kph, F to C and so on. You can also turn off some of the pages found in the other menus if you don’t use certain things very much. Overall a very well laid out system.
The Infotainment Screen
The screen is an 8" screen and has Apple CarPlay, Android Auto (Both a wired connection), AM, FM, (HD Radio as well), Sirius XM, Bluetooth, but no built in Navigation or Wifi-Hotspot. You are able to hook your phone to the car sand use that as a vehicle hotspot if you want. But since you have Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, you can always just use your phones navigation apps right up on the Infotainment screen.
The home screens are customizable and are fairly easy to customize, basically its a click and drag to rearrange things the way you want them.
The system was quite responsive to touch and reacted quickly when buttons were clicked. Overall it is a great system in a car like this, like I said earlier, I was not expecting this much modern tech in such a small vehicle.
